The Offices of Information, Complaints and Suggestions –OIRS in Spanish-- of the National Customs Service along the country are an instance of service to citizens which allows different users/clients to come in touch with public agencies in order to facilitate the exercise of their rights or the fulfillment of duties, ensuring a non-discriminating opportunity for access to everyone. 

Also, these offices facilitate the circulation of social programs and other formalities associated to the work of public agencies, as well as the communication of governmental priorities and the expression of citizens through their particular complaints, suggestions, expectations and interests.
