The Offices of Information, Complaints and Suggestions OIRS in Spanish-- of the National Customs Service along the country are an instance of service to citizens which allows different users/clients to come in touch with public agencies in order to facilitate the exercise of their rights or the fulfillment of duties, ensuring a non-discriminating opportunity for access to everyone.
